Punishment For Loosing A Bet

Gay savagely beaten in Rome. Tanning:''Now''law against homophobia

Rome - (Adnkronos) - It 's happened in the night between Tuesday and Wednesday near Via Cavour. To attack four Italians aged 25 to 30 years. Serious injuries related to the victim of aggression, which has almost lost an eye. Solidarity from the mayor of the capital Alemanno. Appeal to the center of the rapporteur of the bill against homophobia.

Rome May 29 - (Adnkronos) - "They yelled fag, fag and then hit him repeatedly with kicks and punches to the abdomen and face until he dropped." A report the incident Fabrizio Marrazzo, president of Arcigay Rome. "The fact it happened - he explains - in the night between Tuesday 25 and Wednesday, May 26, between a .30 and 2nd St. (pictured after the attack), a Roman boy of 22 years, near Via Cavour (Via del Fagutale). The boy attacked turned to 800,713,713 Gay Help Line, toll antiomofobia to report the incident and decided to lodge a complaint with the service of legal assistance that our association offers disposal. "
"Attackers - Added the head of the Legal Help Line for Gay, Daniel Stoppelli - four Italians between 25 and 30 years after leaving unconscious to the ground, and have then subtracted the cell with which, before being shot was the phone with a friend who was able to ask for help and that has then reached the place of violence. The boy attacked was admitted to hospital, showing various wounds, cuts and bruises to the face and the risk of losing the eye. The injuries suffered by my client are very serious. It 'necessary to shed light on this matter and, therefore, we will provide all the details and relevant information to the investigators' cause they are found responsible. "
" We really an appeal to the police - continued Marrazzo - to track because the perpetrators of this attack so violent: there are too many unsolved cases of homophobia which have not identified those responsible, such as, for example, the pair of gay guys attacked in Campo de 'Fiori, that attacked the Roman Forum and the boy assaulted the night bus a few weeks ago.''
to urge "an urgent meeting between the Mayor of Rome Gianni Alemanno, the assessor Umberto Croppi all organizations and gay, lesbian and trans di Roma" is Imma Battaglia, president Di 'Gay Project. "We are facing yet another serious incident which needs to be answered in terms of concrete political fight against homophobia" concludes.
"I express my deepest sympathy to the young man attacked in via Cavour. These are events that should not happen in a tolerant city such as Rome," says the mayor of Rome, Gianni Alemanno, who added: "I hope that investigators identify those responsible for as an act of serious violence. As requested by Imma Battaglia and are available as soon as possible to a meeting with Roman associations. "
"I am disheartened and tired of hearing this news. Disheartened because 'it pains me to know that a boy of 22 years and was severely beaten because' gay and tired 'cause I do not know more than' what to do, I have no 'voice to say" says Anna Paola Tanning MEP and rapporteur of the Democratic Party of the proposed law against homophobia. ''Is there a law against homophobia still for the second time in the House Judiciary Committee, decide together to give a signal of civilizations', approviamola soon. Let's do to stop this spiral of homophobic violence goes unpunished and to allow our children to feel equal to their peers and not to live in fear. I make one more appeal to my fellow center-right - ends Tanning - let's take this responsibility 'or what we will be responsible in the future, can not' be that violence and discrimination''

I mean my students and former students - I have no choice "friends" among my students courses - thanks to social networks and through my blog who have spread the e-mail ... I have reached and exceeded the seventies, making up each of the wishes for my birthday with .... blurb, a bar, a souvenir, a picture. So have my villagers taking me ... the language of my homeland, the cradle of heimat which has the perimeter Ghibelline tower of the fourteenth century, the shrine of Our Lady of the Castle on the hill, a green gate with magnolia Walnut top and back! In short, social networks and electronic communication in general - overtaking and repetitive aspects of cold-way exchange - can have aspects virtuous, beautiful, and even sweets ... it happened yesterday.

students from here to Pisa covered all bands age. From twenty years up to thirty-five. In Outlook I have reached with photos and children, where they live, work, dinner on Facebook with potential to be realized. They are fireworks and singing with pizza and beer. I know! Those reporting on FB have used the birthday date and those who have written to me about Outlook remembered from Lucca to Pisa to Pontedera in Sondrio and Ponsacco Chiavenna that the day before 8 December, Immaculate Conception, which is always party, the DISCA brought them a cake and pastries and also toasted the health of pastures and Montale. The two approached him to mock him, insult him for his alleged homosexuality. The 17 year old responded to the provocations, and so has earned a beating.

Four days later the boy was released from the hospital at which he was hospitalized by his parents, due to fractured nasal septum. From Corriere del Veneto - August 28, 2010 - Riccardo Bastianello - Alberto Gottardo

The incident was reported by the owner of a downtown bar on the Facebook page councilor Zan (Arcigay Veneto). "Emergency homophobic "

PADOVA - "m ... fags." And then down barrel. Whether this was a new attack on homophobic or a possible attempted robbery are now investigating the police of Padua.
It is certain that the two boys, one of them, Enrico Bertelli, the proprietor of a popular bar in the center if they are having a bad couple of nights ago. The story, published the same page on Facebook Bertelli municipal councilor and secretary for the Environment Regional Arcigay Alessandro Zan, is clear: "1:30 am, ASSAULT IN THE AREA INCINERATOR. I and my friend Daniel calzavara attacked by three Neapolitan kicked and punched to the cry "fags shit."

At 112 I am policeman "But she makes us in the dark areas at this hour?". After half an hour of waiting we decided to go to Central. Fortunately we were able to escape. He prognosis of 10 days, 3 to me. "
Talk about a real "emergency homophobia" Councillor Zan, foster father of the population register for unmarried couples (gay and heterosexual). "We need to be approved as soon as the extension of the Mancino law - he said - through the introduction of specific hate crimes motivated by homophobia." "I'm close to the two boys, Daniel and Henry, I've already met - he concludes - I will support them in every way, because these experiences can score very negatively the lives of people. "

Pesaro attacked two gay guys

03/08/2010 - Press Arcigay
Press ArcigayPesaro, homophobic violence seriously alarm, decisive institutional responsibilities express our solidarity with the victims of homophobic violence in Pesaro and we would like and the general Istiuzioni public to do likewise.
homophobic violence This is in addition to a daily trickle that strikes us both nationally, as the ban on blood donation to a homosexual than a few days ago in defiance of the law, and local, as the expulsion of gays from the Piave and the mayor of Spreyton, just in Pesaro in recent days, the ban on homosexual Komos performance of the choir and vote against the register of civil unions. These are indisputable signs of a country at all hospitable to the gay community.
As long as the conveniences of the party and agreements correntizi depart the debate from issues such as violence and discrimination against minorities and the absence of rights for LGBT citizens homophobia and discrimination against homosexuals will remain a priority among the problems face in our country. Only
eliminating homophobia Institutional legitimizing these acts of violence directing the public contempt for homosexuals, we can eliminate the horror of this daily trickle.

In the night between 27 and 28 July 2010 in Pesaro in the Macaque Beach Avenue Trieste, FC, 31 and KR, 21, on vacation at our resort, were brutally assaulted and insulted by a girl and two boys while they exchanged a kiss out of that room.
stirred up by the girl who suddenly shouted: "This fag shit I touched her pussy," breaking a bottle which hit K., the other two guys who were with her have pushed FC causing damage to the ground and then took KR to the neck to immobilize him and then punched in the head with cries of "fennel shit! " and "Gay shit." Were immediately alerted rescue work and law enforcement. KR will have at least 20 days.
The victims have turned to us and lodge a complaint against unknown persons assisted by the lawyer. Maria Gabriella Caliandro of the Forum and Network Without Lenford. Lenford The Network brings together a team of lawyers from all over Italy that deal particularly with cases of discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender.
"So thundered that it rained at the end": Pesaro, by sad irony of fate, has seen a multiplication of incidents in the last month declared homophobia. We started with the famous story of the choir Komos , excluded from the Curia with the approval of the City because it consists of homosexuals, we continued with the squalid affair policy of rejection of the motion to introduce the partnership at the Register of Common ; now we're really fruit with this very serious act of violence. A few steps away, the Mayor of Fano, Aguzzi, has recently rejected a proposal to establish an observatory on homophobia motivating because it was superfluous!
We expect the dead to understand what racism is widespread homophobia within of our society?

Homophobia in Verona

Yet another act of intimidation against gay people in Verona .

E 'success last night, Friday July 16, 2010, in one of the gay meeting places in Verona, a quiet night like so many others until the stain with a 4 / 5 boys occurred and began to intimidate the people present . One of the guys got out with a belt and enjoined those present to leave, claiming that the place was private property, which is not true. The thing went on for half an hour, until a man from this pink and also verbally assaulted and threatened the police called that shortly after they arrived, stopped the attackers.
pathetically one with the belt, the most defiant of the group, wanted to ask then sorry, apologies sent back to the sender of course.

it all worked out then "good", a great fright, but he could end up worse, or perhaps it will happen, as often these flocks were moving so smoothly undisturbed in the face to be seen or show the license plates, which course was taken.
The boy was threatened with the pink and ordered to leave on pain of "destruction" of the car. An act very intimidating.

is not the first time, not the last, succeeding such facts, there are successes more severe, until there will be people who feel the right to use violence against gay people, just because they are different or are in their neighborhood. Who goes to these places to attack physically intimidated, or worse, knows that these things often are not reported, remain in silence for that roam free and at a certain hour of the night to go "have fun" by gays.

remember that everything happens also because the historic meeting place in Lower aquarium was closed by order of Falvio Tosi, now the meeting place, much more on the outskirts of the old, is attacked because the more isolated and Low Acquar was more in the center well-lit, but obviously in the logic of the policy of xenophobic Tosi, gay people should be removed from there.

We can only hope that such facts can not always happen, that gay people react, and not let themselves be intimidated by violent acts and intimidation, to get used to report what happens, who are not afraid to do so because it will remain until all silence these people will feel the right to use violence against us.

There are phone numbers where pink may indicate these facts 045 8012845 - 346 6902144, use them. The pink circle

Funeral Rights - 15 years of anti-gay motions in Verona to Padua

THE FUNERAL OF RIGHTS
Verona -14 July 1995 - July 14, 2010 - 15 years after the approval of the motions
damaging to the dignity and freedom of gay, lesbian and transgender people.
Organised by the Club Committee and the Pink lift our head

Wednesday July 14, 2010 at 19:00 you are invited sadly s / * the "Funeral Rights"
Via Degli Alpini (behind the Town Hall of Verona - kiosk) where it will be placed a wreath to commemorate the vote that brought out the Verona City Council of Europe 's approval of the motions of the racist 1995.

It took fifteen years to realize that Democracy is dead, and our will to fight, to change, to stay in the square, all the way to live free and free, without masks, in testaalta, gave away in recent years, the smell of stale, of putrid cadaver .
We stopped for a moment, time to catch your breath, count and the smell has taken over. After fifteen years we have realized that I had watched a dead: Democracy.

What happened in Verona July 14, 1995 was not only the approval by of the Verona City Council, three motions against the rights of gays, lesbians and transsexuals, inEuropa single episode, but marked the legitimation of a shameful tones heavy debate, which more than a year occupied the local and national media, which became the substrate of the new political culture rampant and the end of every positive action that would go in the direction of recognizing the rights of citizenship. It was the official return of racist and fascist culture in the city government and then the country.

the benches of the then City Council claims that arose seemed too exaggerated to be true, too heavy to be considered
series .... but those phrases in their apparent exaggeration permanently changed the political balance of this city and our
freedom of movement. If the left, with very few exceptions, had made the wall now, compared to those sentences
underlying a detailed proposal, avoiding 'label them as mere expressions bar' though given in a council;
if the left and then the various forces of 'democracy' had not chosen the line of the sneer, the trivialization of what is going
shape, or even, in some cases, opting for the alliance 'heterosexual' and the conspiratorial agreement among males, today Verona
is certainly a city open, more free. more crossed by many different realities, without the risk of being discriminated against, chase, pursue,
murdered in the name of a racist culture.

Yet those phrases after fifteen years have been included in the key stage, from that street theater that becomes a straight punch to the stomach
of power and thinking well, returning the most vivid and true, the strongest and most disturbing, in their full significance to youth and young
by Elena Vanni and Elio Germano in a that show is touring Italy.

A tribute to the truth, a complaint states, but also a return to and an important recognition of our struggles for fifteen years
have mobilized thousands of people in Italy, with important events and mapped out a path to citizenship, sull'antifascismo,
sull'antirazzimo, sull'anticlericalismo crossing and contamination of different instances, a practice new to the GLBT movement.

Today, from 'tiny minority' as he told us the vote of those motions unworthy an adviser to the left and
aware that 'our rights are not entitled to citizenship in a civil society' as a counselor said right, we set aside our flowers to the deceased
institutional democracy and free and liberated people from what we are, back to life, the cry of 'Froch always, fascist and Lega ever!'

Also this year are committed to the De Simoni of Sondrio, bookkeeping and class in the morning and evening classes with Moldovan, Russian, Peruvian, Italian and foreign workers. Growth experience for me important. Including the exchange with colleagues. It seems, by the votes posted today that a class known to me as a brilliant, independent reviews in, even with the reputation of independence and a strong bond between them has been "massacred" in test scores because of mild defense by some internal members (Prof. Mira Rossi?) that were not to allow foreign teachers to ridicule the work of teachers in service at the institution (do not know anything Philosophy and Italian! and languages!), including two professors external phenomena (every two years appear to "mangle" the scenes High School): Professor. I write this article and say immediately that this outstanding team of youth that I knew the course and how to cinema instrumental support students and exam papers , did not deserve such a humiliation, and that some of the members interiors have abdicated their role as defense and love of students who followed three or five years. (Advocates we have made of the low grades on admission examination since their professors outside of wonder: getting from real fools to lower ratings for the bonus and then suffer further cuts in the final evaluation by the external commissioners. Congratulations!). And I say to students, from here, I read, not to suffer for what happened, the low marks by certain commissions by certain professors , is an honor! Me too! Put low marks for the name they bear, for my story, and my independence. I knew, and re-transmit, as now, that the youth is invincible . Enjoy the future is yours, the summer, your smiles and loving exchanges! The shapes of these problems are void in humanity and thought that the Italian school called "professors" and that live their invalidity putting in awe of nineteen! humbly with their alleged knowledge learned from the province of pompous and empty. Disclosure of the letter to COVIP CRAIPI

Milan, May 30, 2010

CRAIPI Fund to inform members that the Commission for Supervision of Pension Funds (COVIP) sent a very detailed letter to the Board of CRAIPI in which you require, with particular speed, a range of information on the situation Fund. This letter was sent on May 14. On May 24 the Board of Directors of the Fund forward it to our Human Resources Department of the RAI and the trade unions National Secretariats.

Especially for the content, COVIP expressed some disappointment that in the past (from the point of time with the old Board of Directors chaired by Ms Anna Lagana), "despite the assurance of timely feedback, the Fund has done so only partially, sometimes as a result of reminders, to provide the answers due, which were not comprehensive ... "

arguments are given for which the COVIP (hence also the delegates representing the workers subscribers) awaits clarification within a period ranging from 15 to 40 days from the date of receipt of the letter. We
a brief summary (not least because the letter as well as being complex in the content is 6 pages long).

1) Relations between the Fund and internal funds RAI: \u200b\u200b
- about the relationship between internal funds and CRAIPI highlighted the liabilities of the RAI under the headings "welfare fund" and "supplementary pension fund business";
- Hypothesis of disequilibrium associated with the disbursement of pensions to retirees, even if only temporarily;
- contents and status of implementation of the "depreciation" of the payments to RAI CRAIPI;
- confluence Fund CERIPI (RAI Trade) in CRAIPI.

2) Financial management and accounting aspects
2.1) Results 2008
financial management - performance and cost: the cost will be highlighted in the results for the year. Also moving on investing those UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment Savings, such as asset management and investment companies) and the management direct and that of asset management, with purchases and sales as defined in the shareholders' initial and final, the various costs of management, securities, mutual funds and closed-end property, any losses incurred;
- Characteristics of asset management and insurance: guidelines, activation and termination of relationships, composition, currency exposure;
- Derivatives: it needs clarification on the presence of call options.
2.2) investment policies
It seems that the Fund has carried out a proper definition of the investment policy (financial objectives, strategic asset allocation and management methods). A clear definition of objectives and management methods not allow an assessment of the correctness of the criteria for the selection of managers, nor the transparency of the proceedings.
2.3) Composition of capital
The prevalence of investment in mutual funds raises doubts with respect to the difficulty of ascertaining the risk management, including the costs of commissions that appear, on first glance, particularly high if compared to the average value. We require a thorough reconnaissance of all the components of capital to the most recent date that takes into account all financial instruments held (including derivatives and insurance policies).

3) Compliance procedures and formalities required by law
is expressed a lack of respect of procedures and formal requirements. For example, are lacking the information and explanations relating to the requirements for the renewal of the Board and the verbalization on the outcome of the elections, the existence of legal requirements on the part of members of boards of management and control as well as manager of the Fund.
Even for statutory adjustments should be given, most attention in procedures relating to the amendment of existing statutes of the pension funds.
Moving the deadline for approving the budget by April 30 (provided by the scheme of negotiating pension funds) to June 30 would not sufficiently motivated.

4) Profiles of transparency in dealings with members
not yet complied with requests from the Commission. With reference to:
- the solutions for the communications to be disseminated to potential members and those to be sent annually to members;
- the outcome of the assessments made according to the document containing the SLC-CGIL demands for transparency, budget and organization of Fund;

Finally given the publication of a letter from an ex-member (since retired) who has applied for the award of the benefit, but laments the lack of perception of the summary.

COVIP The letter is put to the attention of boards of management and control, as well as manager of the Fund.
letter signed by the President of COVIP Antonio Finocchiaro

For our part as delegates representing the workers CRAIPI of Milan, but in general the SLC-CGIL, we believe we have pursued the right path (given by the above considerations COVIP): requests for clarification and transparency repeatedly raised with the previous Board, and now comes back with the new Board of Directors (given the short time that this had) is a shortest path of respect for all employees enrolled. This operation, above all, the credibility and long-term sustainability of the Fund.

will keep you informed.

Stop the Silence! From Florence

14/05/2010 - Polis Aperta The Open Polis association
(gay and lesbian members of the Police, the Armed Forces and sympathizers) has created a handbook to provide instructions on how to behave when subjected to both physical aggression, verbal, because of own sexual orientation or gender identity.
The current Italian legislation does not provide more specific measures against the so-called hate crimes. In fact, recently the Italian Parliament, unlike other members of the Council of Europe, felt no need for the opportunity of a specific law against omotransfobici crimes, not taking into account the reports and recommendations of the organs of European Community.
The denial of the phenomenon, primarily by the institutions, creates a climate of mistrust of the same, so many acts of violence are not reported either on the basis of specific articles of the Penal Code, thus remaining submerged and unpunished.
The aim of the Handbook is therefore to encourage victims of abuse and assault omotransfobiche to lodge a complaint in the belief that increased emergence of the phenomenon can lead to the adoption, in our country, the appropriate action to punish the crimes generated by 'hatred and ignorance.

Medical Association against reparative therapy

The Order of Psychologists of Lombardy has condemned the so-called "reparative therapy, therapeutic models that would change the sexual orientation of homosexuals in heterosexual: it announces Arcigay expressing satisfaction with this initiative.
The order, in a resolution passed by a large majority on May 12 last year - said the association - is clear: "any current psychotherapy aimed at influencing their clients towards heterosexuality or homosexuality is contrary to professional ethics and respect for the rights of their patients ... also the so-called 'reparative therapy', aimed at customers having a homosexual orientation, risk violating the code of ethics of the profession, to force their patients in the direction of 'change' or repress their sexual orientation , instead of analyzing the complexity of factors that determine and promote the full acceptance of themselves. "
The stop in Lombardy, which follows that of the Order of Psychologists of Lazio, is a result of a request by Arcigay Order Lombard. "It 's pronouncement of a particular value - says the president of Arcigay Paolo Patanè - because, comes just days after the International Day Against Homophobia, established on the occasion of the cancellation by the World Health Organization, homosexuality mental illness in 1973.
We know that rare Italian psychologists and psychotherapists are acting in the shadow of the parishes to convert homosexuals in heterosexual, gay and generating enormous suffering to the absurd hope to families and perpetuating negative stereotypes and prejudices based on religious and moral beliefs that are based on the incorrect assumption and false that homosexuality is a disease. The first is the faculty by which man reflects and generalizes relying on the impressions of the senses that belong to the sphere of the natural world and the second is the power that predetermines the experience and instead belongs to the realm of the spiritual world. As a result, while the first man comes prudence [Prudence] the second, more precisely by Reason and Conscience, he is morality. The tendency to be an interpreter and speaker of instances of the German school philosophy and, more generally, the need for humans to return to a more spiritual view of life emerges from the collection of aphorisms and reflections various Poetae Soul, published in 1895 based on notes from his nephew EH Coleridge. Mary Shelley and Frankenstein

TWISTED LIVES
London November 11, 1812. Percy Shelley meets Mary Godwin first home of her father. 1814, Percy has already returned from Ireland and moved to Bracknell. He meets often with the sixteen year old Mary. And on June 26, before the tomb of her mother, he swears eternal love. The two boys meet in secret on July 28 when they decide to leave without saying anything to her parents. Together the two of them joins Jane Claire's sister, Mary. Two through eight from visiting Paris in August, continued to Switzerland, crossing the territories until a few weeks earlier devastated by war: "Villages and towns completely destroyed and burned, the white towering ruins stand in countless ways among beautiful trees. The inhabitants are starving, no food, or decent housing, filth, misery and famine everywhere "(letter of Percy to Harriet Westbrook 13 August 1814). journey continues, almost without stopping, pausing for a moment to Brunnen on Lake Lucerne, where Shelley begins the novel The assassins who will leave soon. On August 27, starting the return journey by river. date from the Rhine to Rotterdam where 8 September embarked for England, where they arrived on the 13th of that month. The three are to live together in 5 Church Terrace, Pancras. Mary Isabel tries to get back in touch but David Booth prevents her from approaching her. In this period they live apart, until November 9, when the three boys, now inseparable, moving in Blackfriars, 2 Nelson Square. On November 14, Thomas Hogg, who had met Shelley at Oxford University, is visiting his friend, and was fascinated by Mary. Meanwhile, Harriet, who wrote to Shelley on most days, gives birth to Charles (November 30), born from the union with Percy.

1815
Perhaps therefore the euphoria of celebration last year, Hogg, with the consent of Shelley, declares his love to Mary seventeen, which was also fascinated by his friend's boyfriend. But they are only games of adolescents to experience first love, who are led by the attraction, like the one between Shelley and Jane Claire, who for a few months you will make their love story. On January 10 the three boys moved in 4 Hans Place, and Mary on Feb. 22, two months in advance, from 'Clara in the light, the result of one of the first meetings took place in June with Shelley. On March 2, the three move on and start living in 13 Arabella Road, Pimlico, March 6 but little Clara, who was born prematurely, unable to overcome a crisis. Just May 13, the day the agreement between Percy and Godwin, Jane Claire leaves the couple and moved Lynmouth, off the coast of Devon, where the two boys spend their holidays in June and July. On August 4, the day of the twenty-fourth birthday of Shelley, the two moved to Bishopsgate, near 's eastern entrance of Windsor Great Park. Staying at the Hotel de l'Anglaterre in the suburb of Sécheron, which arrives May 25 Byron, accompanied by William Fletcher valet and personal physician Polidori (1795-1822). The two writers will meet for the first time May 27. The three boys with the little cottage of William settle in Monte Alegre, on the opposite shore of the lake, while Byron June 10 settles at the Villa Diodati, where the party is found almost every evening. It is here that the stormy night of June 16 will be born literary competition while reading stories about ghosts of German Enchantment. In the months following Mary and Claire live in Bath, Abbey Churchyard, while Shelley returned to London, where on Sept. 24 that will sign up three months earlier when a storm on Lake Geneva had made him fear for his life, is also 'last day will see that Fanny Imlay, Mary's sister, you take away his life on Oct. 9 with an overdose of laudanum. Shortly after Shelley reached the two girls in Bath. Meanwhile, the columnist writes an article on Leigh Hunt '"Examiner" (December 1) dedicated to young promising poetics of the moment: Keats, Shelley and Reynolds. It will be born a correspondence between the two that will become soon in friendship and will allow him to attend the circle of artists in Hampstead, where around Leigh Hunt meet Keats (1795-1821), Charles Lamb (1775-1834), William Hazlitt (1778-1830), John Reynolds (1796 -1852), Benjamin Haydon (1786-1846) and brother James (1775-1839) and Horace Smith (17779-1849). But on December 15 Percy is shaken by the news of the suicide of Harriet, his first, his young wife, who died Nov. 9 and found dead in Hyde Park Serpentine Lake on December 10. Perhaps trying to keep her son Charles, who otherwise would be entrusted to Eliza's sister, Harriet, decided to adjust the union with Mary. The two boys are married Dec. 30 in St.Mildred 's Church. William Godwin finally abandon his long silence and reconciles the two, who live at the beginning first with Hunt and then with Godwin and his wife.

Meanwhile, January 10 High Court of Justice has started the appeal for the custody of the children of Harriet, which will end March 17 when the Lord Chancellor Eldon denied custody of both the Charles and Ianthe Shelley to Westbrook, delegating to adoptive parents, but then subsequently entrusted to the father of Sverre Charlie and Shelley Ianthe Eliza. In early March, Percy and Mary moved to Marlow, thirty miles from London, guests of Peacock and his mother while waiting for the 18th of the month at Albion House, a rented house nearby with a twenty-year contract. The 25 will be joined by Claire and the small Allegra.In this time Shelley composed the pamphlet A Proposal for Putting Reform to the Vote throughout the Kingdom, sending it to various members of the reformist movement, including Robert Owen, Cobbett, Cartwright. On February 10, Shelley is able to sell the wet Albion House. He moved to London, 119 Great Russell Street, opposite the British Museum. English will be the last residence before leaving for ever England. Meanwhile, Percy is suffering from a serious ophthalmia, contracted during a visit of charity to the poor of Marlow. February is marked by a great social life and many social activities in the company of Peacock, Hogg, Hunt, Keats and others in the circle of Hampstead. The March 11 Percy. Mary and Claire, Milly Shields, a maid of Marlow, a Swiss nurse Elise Duvilliard (1795) and the three children, left for the continent. "We are all very good and excellent mood. Travel always has this effect on the blood, even when the mind knows that there is every reason to feel sad, "writes Shelley to Leigh Hunt. They proceed from Calais to St Omer, in Lyon, then through the mountains of Savoy, which inspired the first act of Prometheus Unbound. During the trip reads Shelley The course of dramatic literature by August Schlegel. Reach Susa March 30, Turin, April 1, Milan four. Together with Mary visiting some homes on Lake Como. He would like to rent Villa Plinian for the summer but will not be possible. The party gets back on the road, stopping briefly to Parma, Modena, Bologna and Pisa, first to May 7. In Livorno, where they remain nearly a month, they know the couple John and Mary Gisborne and the son of the woman's first marriage, Henry Reveley. During this time Shelley law Euripides and Sophocles, Ariosto, and recopy the story of Mary Beatrice Cenci from a manuscript of John Gisborne. The June 11 move to Bagni di Lucca, Casa Bertini, where Shelley reads Herodotus, Aristophanes, Barthélemy, Hume, Theocritus; complete Rosalind and Helen, and wrote two essays: On love and the Discourse on the Manner of the ancient Greeks. On June 14, while Mary writes to the writer Walter Scott (Ivanhoe, Rob Roy), who has reviewed favorably Frankenstein on Blackwood's Edinburgh Magazine, but claiming that the work was written by Shelley. On August 17, Percy and Claire set off for Venice to visit Allegra, which was adopted by British Ambassador Richard Belgrave Höppner (1786-1872) and his wife Isabelle. It also provides an opportunity to meet with Byron, to avoid leaving Claire to review the two young his villa at Este "I Cappuccini". It is here that they will reach Mary and two children, but the trip will be fatal to small Clara (Sept. 24). Shelley and Julian starts Maddalo Lines and written Euganean Among the Hills and writes the first act of Prometheus Unbound. Malthus law, and some dramas of Sophocles Shahespeare. Percy and Mary spent half of October in Venice looking for distraction in the social life while still at Claire Este with Allegra, who will return home on October 29 Höppner. Two days after the party, to which is added to the servant Paul Fogg, he left for Rome, via Rimini, Fano, Foligno, Ferrara (where Shelley examine manuscripts of Ariosto and Tasso), Bologna (where we visit the galleries' art) Fossombrone, Spoleto and Terni, where he remained enthusiastic about the Marmore waterfalls. On November 20 I'm finally at Rome, where he visited St. Peter's, the Colosseum, the Forum, the Capitol, fountains and squares. On November 27, Shelley starts only to Naples, sleeping in Riviera di Chiaia 250, probably taken after the death of Maria Adelaide Clara. The others will reach 1 December and together explore the surrounding areas, Herculaneum, Bay of Baia, Campi Flegrei, the cave of the Sibyl, the crater of Vesuvius and Pompeii. In this period between the readings of Shelley Winckelmann's art history.

1819
But in Naples something is upsetting the party. It 's something about the small Elena Adelaide Shelley (born 27/12/18, 27/02/19 baptism, death 9/06/20, as reported in the State Archives of Naples). Were made on four assumptions: the idea of \u200b\u200bMary was sad to leave the small one to Naples, where they would come back once a year, Helen was born from the relationship between Percy and Claire, was the daughter of Shelley and a mysterious admirer English or daughter of Percy and the housekeeper Elise, who in December was going to marry Paul Fogg. Probably, if we consider that the child was entrusted to a family of Vico Channel February 28, it is easy to see that Mary did not want to grow another child, while Shelley was in Naples alone Claire and Elise were together the rest of the party. The child thus born of a fleeting relationship with Shelley, who tried to repair as a first step to take with him, but after the reaction of resentment, justified and Mary, I entrust it to a Neapolitan family. Left Naples on February 28, pass through and reach Gaeta Rome on March 5, where they lodge in Verospi Palace in Via del Corso. During your stay, Percy and Mary attend the living of the elderly Maria Candida Dionysius (1756-1826). Shelley prefers archaeological parks: the Baths of Caracalla write the II and III act of Prometheus Unbound. On April 24, meet the artist Amelia Curran (1775-1847), the daughter of an Irish lawyer who had attended the Godwin circle. Amalia paint the two most famous portraits and those of Percy and Claire, now lost, of William and Mary. On 7 May, the group moved to Via Sistina 65, the last house on the Trinita dei Monti. Inspired by a famous portrait of Beatrice Cenci, Percy began writing the eponymous tragedy. But on June 7, the small William, stricken with malaria, he died. Will be buried in the Protestant Cemetery in Rome. On June 10 the group left the city for Livro, and after spending a week at the hotel, settle in Villa Valsovano. Mary, who lost two sons in less than a year, is in a state of depression and seeks comfort in Mrs. Gisborne, who will teach English to Shelley, who meanwhile is reading Calderon de la Barca and participating in the project of Henry Reveley to build a steamboat. The Cenci ends August 8 and would like to represent him in London, where he instructs Peacock to make contact with the theaters of Covent Garden. Shelley is increasingly exasperated by demands for money to Godwin, who has some difficulty in seeing implemented his theories in the life of the daughter of Shelley and continues to claim the money as if it had to redeem himself from having courted Mary. "It's not a man is a solemn lie," writes Shelley to Leigh Hunt, and Mary hesitate in showing the threatening letters of the parent to keep it from being further hurt. On September 5, receives the news of the massacre of Machester, where a drunken militia fired, killing on a demonstration for parliamentary reform. Cast writes The mask of anarchy. Joins the group for a period (September 4 to November 10) Charles Clairmont, Claire's brother, returning from Spain and heading for Vienna. Meanwhile, Mary began to write Matilda, who will send his father in 1821. On October 2 the boys moved to Florence, Palazzo Marini, where Shelley attended the ballet and opera and spent hours at the Uffizi Gallery. In Florence he wrote Ode to the West Wind and the satirical poem Peter Bell III. Clarendon Law, Plato, and Madame de Stael. Florence was born on November 12, Percy and Mary seems to find some 'serenity.

1820
Shelley began the year reading the Bible, the Gospels and starts to translate Sophocles and Bento de Spinoza's Tractatus with Mary. On January 29, moved to Pisa and attend the circle of Lady Margaret Mount Cashell (1775-1835), a countess, a young Irishman who had had a governess, the mother of Mary. The woman lives with the agronomist George Tighe. Between March and May, Shelley, who suffers from acute rheumatism, is visited by the famous Dr. Vacca. The sensitive plant and writes A vision of the sea. Among the reading Plato, Hobbes, Locke, Voltaire. Mary made the plays instead mythological Proserpine and Midas, and the novel begins Valperga. While they are about to leave for Lucca Shelley receives threats of extortion by Paul Fogg two days after the death of Adelaide. Notice to the blackmailer will think the lawyer Del Rosso Livorno, where the party moved on June 15 in the house that Gisborne had just left. Meanwhile, Percy is an agreement with the publisher Ollier for the edition of Prometheus Unbound. But the relationship between Mary and Claire are becoming increasingly strained. They talk almost every day. Eventually Shelley decides to find a self-employed in Pisa. Percy learns of the plight of John Keats (July 27) and invites him to join them in Italy. Move to Bagni di San Giuliano. Here Aug. 2, after the news of the uprisings in Naples, he wrote Ode to Naples. The Unbound Prometheus is published in mid-August and after a trip to Monte Pellegrino (11-13 August) writes in just three days The witch of Atlas. On August 31, Claire finds accommodations in Livorno. In early October the Gisborne return from England, bringing with him a box of books, including the poems of Keats. Shelley left for Florence in an attempt to settle with the family of Dr. Claire Bojti met in Pisa and his cousin Thomas Medwin, returning from India, and invited him to San Giuliano. The October 31 move to Pisa, Palazzo Galletti. Shelley is afflicted with nephritis and regretted the absence of Claire, who returns to Pisa on November 21, staying at the home of Mason). Among the frequenters of Palazzo Galletti Professor Francesco Pacchiani, the Irish writer John Taaffe, Prince Alexander greek Mavrocordato greek lessons that will give to Mary. Shelley knows Teresa Emilia Viviani, the nineteen year old daughter of the governor of Pisa, relegated to a convent in waiting for marriage. The first visit will be at Claire, then Percy and Mary. On December 23, Claire leaves for Florence.

1821
Shelley reads the life of Dante and inspired by a platonic love for Viviani writes Epipsychidion, completed in February and published in May. While new in response to the essay by Peacock The four ages of poetry he wrote in defense of poetry. On 27 February, before leaving Pisa, his cousin introduced him to Edward Williams (1793-1822) a naval officer known in India, now traveling in Europe with its woman, Jane (1798-1884). The pair immediately became the friend of Shelley. But the April 11 came the news of the death of Keats, in Rome on 23 February. The boys move to Bagni di San Giuliano in early May, where Adonais Shelley composed in memory of the deceased. While he spent whole days on a boat with Williams learns that London has been an issue of illegal Queen Mab that is causing a stir. On August 3 at the invitation of Byron in Ravenna part to achieve it. The next day I spend with Claire in Livorno. On August 6, arrive at your destination. That same evening, George Byron shows him a letter of Höppner, who give credit to Elise Fogg, who believed that Shelley had Adelaide by Claire and they have abandoned the child in poverty; touch the same to write a letter to Mrs. Mary Höppner to exonerate her husband. Shelley and Byron convinces his new woman, the Countess Teresa G., sister of the patriot Pietro Gamba, to move to Pisa. During the trip to visit the last time Allen, a guest in the monastery of Bagnocavallo (August 14). Shelley is also waiting in Italy Leigh Hunt, with whom he wants to open a new newspaper, "The Liberal." In Pisa, in the meantime he moved the whole family Gamba, a system that Parra House, not far from the Palazzo Lanfranchi, rented from Byron. The September 8, the beautiful wife Teresa Viviani some Luigi Biondi. In October, Shelley composed the 'Hellas, mostly Mavrocordato the prince, who in May returned to his homeland to fight for Greek independence. On September 25, Mary and Percy return to Pisa, where the top floor of three buildings on the Church, on the river bank, mind, Byron and his followers settled in the Palazzo Lanfranchi. The days of riding, shooting competitions, pool games, discussions of general culture. Shelley discovers Byron habits typically male and begins to show some 'intolerant, mind the girls, not necessarily to play by men, end up creating a circle to itself. The failure of the ideal environment affects mood of Shelley, who at this time is unable to settle.

1822
In January, Edward Trelawny arrives in Pisa (1792-1881), attracted by the presence of Byron and eager to be known.
